The Message Makeover Podcast: The Art of Connecting with Your Customer, with Phil Bonanno

In this episode we interview long-time friend and advisor Phil Bonanno on the art (and a little bit of the science) behind understanding your customer, and figuring out how to connect with them. Phil has a unique take on human connection, and how it plays into the ways we communicate and sell. And he is also just a really engaging guy, and a huge Yankee fan… which endears him to us (at least to Dean).

Phil has had a fascinating career at Facebook, and previously in a variety of roles as one of the leading analytical voices in the retail industry. He received his MBA from Babson College, and lives with his family in Melbourne, Australia where he has become a rabid Australian football fan.
