Introducing LatimerNext

Hello clients and friends of The Latimer Group,

I am excited to share some big news with you today.

Twenty years ago, I founded The Latimer Group based on two simple goals: I wanted to coach communication skills, something I was deeply passionate about; and I wanted to build a company from the ground up. Twenty years later I am proud of what my teammates and I have created, and the partnerships we have with some of the finest corporations in the world. But as The Latimer Group has approached the major milestone of our 20th anniversary, I wanted to make our impact even stronger and deeper.

To that end, I am proud to announce the creation and launch of LatimerNext, a new company which will extend our offerings in some exciting ways. LatimerNext offers the same methodologies and strategies as The Latimer Group, but directly to consumers who want to invest in themselves and their own skill development. In particular, LatimerNext provides communication coaching and training for young professionals and pre-professionals who are looking to launch and establish their careers. This will be accomplished through flexible offerings that combine self-paced learning journeys with one-on-one coaching sessions and personalized feedback.

For those who know The Latimer Group well, don’t worry… for you, nothing changes. Our team at The Latimer Group, led by Whitney Sweeney, Hannah Morris and Kendra Raguckas, will continue to offer the same outstanding corporate training and coaching services you have known for years. But now, our new team at LatimerNext, led by Jacob Ward, will serve the additional need of offering what we do directly to those who want to invest in themselves.

Twenty years is a long time. And what started as one guy hanging out his shingle to do some coaching, has expanded into two organizations: one that partners with companies who want to upskill their employees, and one that partners with individuals who want to upskill themselves.

I hope you will take a few minutes and look at LatimerNext’s website. And if you are so moved, please share this with anyone in your life who might find this valuable: those at a critical point in their career path, and those who might benefit from making their communication skills more powerful. In a world where it is harder and harder to be heard, an investment in one’s own skill development has never been more important.

Thanks for being part of our Latimer community… a community which is stronger than it has ever been before.

Have a great day.
