Jake joined the team with an entrepreneurial background and the goal of bringing new ideas, products, and processes to The Latimer Group. After leading and establishing a core part of the business – NextGen Services, which features specific training for early career professionals and a direct-to-consumer product mix- he now supports each department within the company to improve efficiency, strategy, and implement a growth mindset.
Jake primarily focuses on growing our current and new client relationships, leading The Latimer Group to establish deep partnerships with L&D teams at companies of all sizes.
Jake represents the New York City contingent of The Latimer Group, living and working from Brooklyn.
