Sharing a passion for the Yankees, empowering others, and growing businesses, Dean and Jake partnered at the start of 2021 on what would become The Latimer Group’s NextGen Services division. Jacob started with the proven IP associated with The Latimer Model and led the design work, launch, and growth of a new method of training teams and individuals on how to harness The Model.

Jake has always regarded the public speaking course he took in college as his most important, yet most challenging. His key takeaways were that practicing always seemed harder than presenting itself, yet when he didn’t practice, presenting became even more daunting. His goal for NextGen Services was to design a system that took the pain out of preparation and practice, by providing proven, digestible, repeatable frameworks within a supportive, cooperative environment.

At The Latimer Group, Jacob runs sales and operations for NextGen Services, and also sets time aside to support learners as an occasional coach, facilitator, and mentor.

The Latimer Group’s NextGen Services is built as a service-first business. It treats learners, partners, employees and the community with an Allocentric Mindset.
