Happy Holidays from The Latimer Group

Good morning, clients and friends!

We are winding down our year here at The Latimer Group, and wanted to take a few moments to share some final thoughts before we close our office for the year.

This is a great time of year to be grateful for the people and the things around us. And as I tap out these words, with a warm mug of coffee next to me, and the early morning glow of a cold December morning creeping through the window, I am overwhelmed with gratitude.

I am grateful for our clients, the companies that trust us to be their partners.

I am grateful for the people we train and coach, who bring their talent and vulnerability into each workshop we lead.

I am grateful for all the friends of The Latimer Group, who support our mission, and refer us to others.

And I am grateful for my colleagues, past and present, each of whom has played a critical role in the journey of The Latimer Group.

And finally, and on the most personal of levels, I would like to give thanks for my wife, Emily, the co-owner and co-founder of The Latimer Group. Emily’s value to The Latimer Group has been foundational ever since our conversation on the Bright Angel Trail in Grand Canyon National Park in September of 2000. We were in the middle of our six-hour hike out of the canyon, talking about the life we wanted to build together, when she came up with the idea for this company. And ever since then, Emily has played a crucial role in our development, in countless ways.

Enjoy the remainder of your holiday. Take a deep breath, love the people around you, and stay safe.

The Latimer Group looks forward to seeing you and supporting you in 2024 and beyond.

Sincerely,

Dean, on behalf of The Latimer Group
