Over the last few months, we’ve published a series of blog posts both here and at Forbes.com on Communication Leadership, and building a presentation, speech, or other communication. How we assess our audience, how we build our message, how we document, and how we deliver that message are all important parts of the whole that make up our presentation.
So, how do we practice those skills? Simply put, one at a time. When we work on improving those individual sub-skills, we up our communication game as a whole. Improvement is cumulative: each builds off the other, and overall communication is more effective. Watch:
