The Latimer Group Model

A simple process for change

Assess. We begin with active listening and deep awareness of context and audiences. Our process leads with understanding cultural realities, organizational dynamics, workflow, personalities, obstacles, and points of leverage.

Message. Based on our assessment, we collect diagnostic information and input to identify key content points and narrative flow. The outcome is strong, concise, persuasive messages that bring goals and audiences into alignment.

Document. Messages need to render into effective support documents and presentations tools. We translate our message into documents that deepen the audience’s grasp of the message and its supporting content.

Deliver. Delivery must be authentic and appropriate. We direct the practice and review sessions for all spoken and presented content, with minimal distractions, bringing out clarity, conviction and confidence in the speaker.
